Angels Galanthus

Meet the Maker

Hello, my name is Angel and I am currently a college student that is starting this year making my own arts to sell. I will be trying to focus clay and drawing but this will all be a work in progress.

As this is the first time I have tried to sell my art pieces there will be a few adjustments  periods if you find me right now. I try to take as much feedback and do my due diligence to make these pieces the best that they can be.

I just hope that for someone my pieces can give them the smile that they need when they look at it, and that maybe you might find something that matches you.

Creating your piece

In order to have a complete and finished product it requires about 3-5 business days. Unless I have already made the piece (which will be the case most of the time), then I will send your package in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the description.

Packing, shipping and returns

With each package they are shipped in order to take abuse during shipping, but this is not to say that breaks won't happen during its delivery to you. If there happens to be issues with delivery or your piece arrived broken, please take a picture of both the item and its packaging and reach out to me as soon as possible (please try to reach within a 48-hour period after it has been delivered - I understand that people might have extenuating circumstances and if so please let me know).

As of right now I am only able to ship within the United States. So, after I package and sent your order you will receive a tracking number where at that point you can track your item till it reaches you. Each piece will be contained in a box and packing paper surrounded by a bubble mailer if it is a clay item. Depending on the size of your paper piece it will either be shipped in a rigid envelope or a mailing tube that will be contained in a plastic sleeve and have a cardboard backing if it will be lying flat. Within each of your orders there will be a thank you note, and a handwritten card especially made for you!

Note: I don't accept returns, but please feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order or if it was broken during transit.

Handling your piece

Paper Items

In most cases your item will be sprayed with FIXATIVE unless you ask otherwise. This will allow for the graphite, charcoal or pastels to stay fixed onto the paper and will prevent smudging. Do not try to scrub the FIXATIVE off or wipe it away.

That being said, this will be a paper item so it will bend easily like paper does (especially if it is a bigger piece). In order to prevent this, try to transport your papers flat and if you can't do that with bigger pieces grab the paper diagonally on each end, like you're creating a U not a V to prevent the paper from creasing.

Also try to prevent any moister around your piece and water from touching the paper. Avoid any oils, chemicals or solvents and try to avoid any harmful environments, like keeping it out in the sun or outside for long periods of time. I recommend finding a frame to keep your piece in to help prevent damage (there will be measurements describing the size of the piece in each description).

Clay Items:

These items will be made mainly out of polymer clay, but some pieces will be made out of terra cotta clay. Both are sturdy material, but they can still be broken if they are abused or misused.

Just like the paper items avoid any oils, chemicals or solvents and try to avoid any harmful environments, like keeping it out in the direct sun light or outside for long periods of time.

Most if not all my clay items (except the terra cotta clay) will be glazed with a resin. This will help protect them for longer from the elements and prevent any pieces from chipping off the item. Do not try to sand off, wipe or scrub this resin off (this could damage the clay underneath or cause your piece to become cloudy).
