Ultimate Knitting Machine Cheat Sheet for Beanies! How many rows? Take the guesswork out of using a new yarn. Use any worsted weight yarn and create the perfect sized beanie every time! This reversible double knit beanie is super warm and has a classic style. The pattern includes 2 beanie styles (with brim or no brim) in 7 unisex sizes with 3 color options plus a bonus closure technique to shape the crown. This is a beginner pattern and will quickly become your go-to beanie for gifts, market prep. and donations. Use any yarn that you want as long as it works well in your machine!

This pattern uses your knitting gauge and then simply lookup the row counts on a table for your size and style. The pattern will explain how to make a simple gauge swatch and measure it. Feel free to ask questions before purchasing this pattern.

You'll need: 40n, 44n, 46n, or 48n circular knitting machine NOTE: Machine determines the width of the beanie, the cheat sheet determines the length (rows) needed for each size.

Skills: Basic knowledge and experience using the knitting machines is required. Refer to your owner’s manual. Bonus Crown Shaping uses basic knitting stitches (knit, knit2together) with US10 (6.0mm) double point needles or magic loo

Included in the cheat sheet are the instructions, 2 charts - one for brim beanies and one for no brim beanies with 10 gauge options, a gauge list for recording yarns, and a project sheet for you to keep track of your projects. How it’s Made

You will need your circular knitting machine and project yarn for this pattern. Yarn can be a #3 or #4 weight yarn or any yarn that works well in your machine. You will also need your standard tool kit of scissors, loom hook, tapestry needle and crochet hook.
