About this Product

**This is a PDF pattern**

How many rows? Take the guesswork out of using a new yarn. Use any worsted weight yarn and create the perfect sized neck warmer every time using your circular knitting machines! Neck warmers or cowls are a great way to stay warm without the bulk of a scarf. You can pull this up over the face, scrunch it up or fold it over. Available in three sizes using four different machines.

This pattern will break down every step of the process for you to create your own Neck Warmer. These steps include selecting your machine and sizes, choosing your yarn, creating a gauge swatch, completing a project worksheet, creating tubes on the machine, finishing the tube edges, and joining tubes. Each step has been carefully designed using alternative techniques to create a flawless finish of the neck warmer on both the front and back sides. These combined techniques are vital to alignment and joining the tubes. These alternative techniques include: 1. Casting on 2. Binding off 3. Marking tubes for joining 4. Finishing tube edges (grafting or Kitchener stitch) 5. Joining the tubes (mattress stitch) A video can be found on my channel, Calumet Knits, with step by step instructions for each technique.

This pattern uses your knitting gauge and then simply lookup the row counts on a table for your size and style. The pattern will explain how to make a simple gauge swatch and measure it. Feel free to ask questions before purchasing this pattern.
