Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Because made-to-order and custom items are created specifically for you, these items are FINAL SALES and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost Packages
