Kids under 4 Years ----- 30 inch Cord length
Kids 4 to 12 Years ----- 32 inch Cord Length
5'4" to 5'6" ----- 36 inch Cord Length
5'7" to 5'10" ----- 38 inch Cord Length
5'11" to 6'2" ----- 40 inch Cord Length
6'3" and Taller ----- 42 inch Cord Length

Bolo cord length really depends on personal preference. Most common are the 36 inch and 38 inch lengths. Cord length is usually preferred to end about 3 to 4 inches below the base of the sternum (breastbone). In general, individuals under 6 feet tall with an average build choose cords of 36" to 38" in length; taller individuals or those with larger body builds usually want cords of 40 to 42 inches long.
If you are unsure, use a measuring tape or piece of string to determine the length you think looks best for you. I can accommodate requests for leather cords longer than 42" for individuals who want them. Use the "drop down" menus or the "notes to seller" to select your desired length.
