I am so glad you are here, please make sure you take into consideration production times for items as well as shipping times in relation to the date you may need the item! If you have any questions do not hesitate to message me. FAQ’S
Will you combine shipping if I order more than one item from your shop?
I most certainly will! If you order more than one item from me generally the shipping will automatically calculate by weight and size for each item- sometimes I can fit everything you ordered in a container that may result in a lower shipping charge. Know that I will do my best to keep shipping charges at the lowest rate possible for you by combining items.
Do you offer refunds and returns?
I do not offer refunds on merchandise. However, if a product is not to your satisfaction please private message me so that we can have a conversation and work things out! Messages need to be sent within 7 days regarding concerns about any product. As mentioned below under packaging- please take great care in not tearing open your packaging with scissors/knives/box cutters as you may tear your item. I am not responsible for damaged goods after they are delivered.
If we happen to decide that merchandise needs to be returned, shipping for all returned items will be your responsibility.
There are no returns on digital products.

Lost items during shipping and/or stolen items that have been shipped
It is very important to provide me with your correct address to avoid any issues. If your shipping address was entered incorrectly send me a message ASAP. Sometimes items get lost by the carrier during transit. It happens and it stinks. If you are sent a notice that your item was shipped by me, you will receive a tracking number- we both can track your item. If tracking number records "delivered" that is what we expect happened. If you did not receive your package call your local PO to find out where it may be. I will assist where I can but I am not responsible for carriers getting goods to correct mailbox and 99.9% of the time there is no problem. Thank Heavens and most problems end up reconciled positively. I am not responsible for a package not arriving to your correct address by the USPS.
Packaging
I try to use recycled boxes and packing material where possible. Fabric items that can be folded without damage to structure like Flag Banners and fabric gift bags are packaged in waterproof shipping envelopes. They are securely taped and please be careful to not puncture, rip or tear items within package when opening. I would hate for this to happen! I am not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items after shipping.
Do you do Custom and personalized orders?
Please contact me via messaging for any custom requests. After I have confirmed and decided that I can accommodate your request a Custom order listing will be created for you to purchase from. Please consider the date and the time frame needed to create and ship when ordering your item. This communication time frame will also affect the amount of time needed to send you the final product. Most often, payment must be made for the customized item to be created, unless otherwise noted in our communications. Within the goImagine messaging I will outline the details of the item requested including price and will send photos under a custom listing link for your approval prior to finalization of order.
