Thank you for your purchase. Refunds available if candle arrives damaged. If the fragrance is NOT to your liking I ask that you pay it forward and I will be happy to send another fragrance of your choosing however you would pay for shipping.
If there is a wick issue - I am happy to send you a replacement wick set up with instructions on how to fix your candle. Please remember to let your candle to burn a minimum of 2 hours or a full melt pool so that your candle does not tunnel.
To extend the life of your candle please follow the care instructions minimum of 2 hours burn time and max 4 hours on Container candles.
