Returns & Refunds – No Take-Backs! (With a Few Exceptions, of Course!)
Since most of our pieces are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds on personalized orders. But if your item arrives damaged or goes MIA in the mail—don’t freak out! Contact us, and we’ll make things right.
Be sure to double-check your mockup before giving it the final “YES!” That’s exactly how your finished piece will look!

Processing Time – Good Things Take Time!
Custom orders typically take about 2 weeks to complete, but this is just an estimate. Need it ASAP? Reach out before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We can guarantee a shipping date, but once it’s in the hands of the mail carriers… well, we all know they run on their own timeline.

- Shipping Times: These are estimates, not guarantees! USPS Priority takes 2-3 days, while UPS/FedEx Ground takes 3-6 days. If you need a guaranteed delivery, Priority EXPRESS is the way to go.
