Lavender is probably the most popular herb used to promote calmness and aid in reducing stress and anxiety. It is found in several different products, such as essential oils, candles, lotions, and other aromatherapy items. These eye pillows have an inner pillow made of muslin that is filled with organic lavender and flaxseed. The outer pillow is made of cotton and is washable. The fabric has gold metallic attributes throughout the design. These eye pillows have many uses. They can be used to help relieve headaches, reduce anxiety, and promote calmness during meditation or after a yoga practice. They also make great gifts!!
* Fabric is an "Asian umbrellas" pattern design in white, pink or teal blue
* Measures ~ 9"x4"
* Outer cover is washable (I recommend hang drying)
* Inner pillow made of muslin and filled with organic lavender and flaxseed (not washable)
* Due to the metallic attributes throughout the fabric, microwaving is not recommended for the outer pillow. However... the inner pillow may be microwaved by itself- freezing is also allowed.

How it’s Made
Both outer and inner pillows are made of 100% cotton fabric and handmade/sewn by me. The inner pillow is filled with 6 ounces of a mixture of organic dried lavender and flax seeds.
