Meet the Maker
From a very young age, I have enjoyed and been inspired by nature. I still love being outdoors whenever I have the opportunity. In my early 20's, I decided to take a leap of faith and put my inspirations on canvas. Initially, I turned to other artists to learn how to paint, but as my work evolved, I began creating and refining my own methods and techniques. Over time, I came to prefer oil paints and stretched canvas as my mediums of choice.
More often than not, my art is inspired by a combination of experiences and images, not one single subject. However, that is not always the case. There are times when a specific place or mountain or some other magnificent natural wonder inspires me and I do my best to capture its beauty on canvas.
