This beautiful table assignment - seating chart sign is the easiest way to direct your guests to the correct reception table! It is printed with the names of your guests and their assigned table number, which you will provide to me via email to kim@papelcustomdesign.com in one single column, like this: Table 1 John Doe Jane Doe Jim Doe Jerry Doe Table 2 Sally Brown Mark Brown Susie Brown Mike Smith Table 3 Kim Smith James Smith Gerald Smith Gene Rhodes Etc. If you prefer to have the names listed alphabetically, we will need an EXCEL spreadsheet with 2 columns: Column A Column B Last, First Table 6 Last, First Table 8 Last, First (Guest) Table 6 Etc. Please order the orientation you would like, either Horizontal or Vertical. If you really don't have a preference please tell us when you sent your info and we will use whichever orientation fits the names and number of tables best. If you prefer a color or floral scheme not shown, or minimalist (plain with no border), please send colors or floral description you're looking for as well as fonts for the header (1, 2 or 3) and names (4, 5 or 6) or other if there's something you'd like us to match. This is NOT a DIGITAL FILE, but a completed sign printed on 3/16" foam core and shipped to your door! It is lightweight, yet sturdy enough to be the perfect for your big day and will easily stand alone on an easel. Wording can also be customized if you need something a little different. This sign can be made with any color background, and I have lots of florals and designs available to match your decor. Meet the Maker
Owner, Kim Stealey, graduated with a degree in communications and government from Angelo State University in 1991. Her printing career began by owning a commercial printing company, and in 2007 she opened Papel to specialize in wedding and event invitations.
In 2019 Kim was joined by Kate Williams, and together they are the amazing #papelsquad. Both of these ladies love what they do and will ensure you have an excellent customer experience!
