About this Product
I have short softly spiked hair and I use hair paste or pomade every day. I like chunky soft spikes without any crunchiness. After looking at the very long list of totally non natural chemicals in the product I was using, I decided to give making my own more natural hair texture paste a try. It took a while, but eventually I formulated this light and non greasy, water based formula. It has the consistency of a fluffy buttercream frosting. In fact I fill the aluminum containers with a frosting decorative tip! I use this every day. It gives a very light shine and doesn't weigh your hair down. Keeps my hair "piecy" all day and since I frequently have to wear a surgical cap at work, I can also say that the hair can be easily re-fluffed all day by just running your hands through again. See my before and after pictures with and without the pomade. And don't forget as an added bonus the containers can be recycled or REUSED!!
It is made with shea butter, beeswax, candelilla wax, castor oil, avocado oil, BTMS (from canola oil), jojoba oil, arrowroot and distilled water. Together they make a great natural, plant based hair product that provides all day control. It is scented with almond essential oil which is a wonderful scent to have in your hair all day. It works or wet or dry hair, long or short.
Directions:
Use a small pea size amount of texture paste and rub between hands until completely melted. You will fill just a tiny stickiness. Then scrunch both hands thoroughly through your hair. Fluff and shape hair as desired. Amazing.

I love the creativity and I adore the final product and how it makes my skin feel. I am certified as an advanced soaper by the Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild and I'm also a formulator of hair, skin, and face products. Everything I sell is made with plant based ingredients, in small batches. My products are only brought to the public after significant efforts to develop formulations that are consistently reliable and effective. And finally all of my products are developed with a ZERO WASTE lifestyle in mind. If I can't package it in glass, aluminum or paper/cardboard, I won't make it. I hope you try one of my products.
