This is a hand painted saw of White Pumpkins in a field. This is perfect for Fall decor whether it is Halloween or Thanksgiving, and feel free to leave it up for the Winter too since they look snow covered! This item is able to be hung on the wall, or just displayed on an easel.

Meet the Maker
I went to Kutztown University and graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts concentrating in photography, with Minors in Art History and Literature. I’ve always loved art and reading as a kid and even participated in events such as the Reading Olympics so my nerdy self knew pretty early art and books went together in my mind.
My artwork links the world of Literature and Art. It is about the experience and memory of the Literature. I try to link a glimpse of a particular scene from literature to a visual memory of what would have been seen while reading the story. My style is impressionistic and imperfection is my preference.
All books used in my artwork have been damaged and would have otherwise been thrown away. I like to think that I’m giving each book one more adventure.
I don’t have a single art medium as my favorite. Painting and drawing will always be my go to, and I recently got into the world of digital art. I enjoy mixing mediums best and seeing what works together.
Travel is another inspiration for my art. I have been on a journey that has taken me from the Netherlands to Germany, and beyond. I was a photojournalist for Eastern Mennonite Missions for a short term Go Assignment. I photographed the missionary families that are working in Europe; seeing how they are spreading the light around the globe.
I currently reside in Norristown, PA, and enjoy reading, a nice cup of tea, and time with my husband, cats, and dog.
How it’s Made
The saw blade is a used blade that has been dulled so the edges are not sharp. It has been primed to keep it from rusting. Painted on top with acrylic paint, and sprayed with a sealant.
