Meet the Maker
Hello!
Thank you so much for visiting my store! I'm Krystal, the owner, artist & maker at The Unrefined Crafter. I started this small business in 2019 as a small store on Etsy and quickly grew to offer a range of products I was so excited to design and make. I started drawing at a very young age. I'm a self taught artist, and in my earlier years focused mainly on graphite, charcoal, & pen and ink studies. When I finally picked up a paint brush to try watercolors, I never put it back down. Everything in my shop is either designed by me (enamel/acrylic pins & patches) or handmade (everything else) and shipped by me from my home studio.
I love coffee, cats, nature, snacks & The Office! Oh, I'm also a HUGE book reader and love to spend my rainy days reading a good juicy crime/suspense novel!
I post most info about shop updates, giveaways & etc. on my Instagram. I also have a newsletter you can subscribe to in my online shop, I send out shop update info and coupons/discounts that are subscriber exclusive.

Also, shout out to my tiny feline muse & office assistant Parmesan! Whom is probably tired of my shenanigans & pretty often the subject of my artwork. He has lots of vinyl stickers, a patch, & enamel pin available, too! Proceeds from his merch (can cats have merch?) keeps him supplied with tasty treats and his favorite toys.

Shop Policies
Lost/Stolen Packages
Please make sure that you have provided the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due an incorrect address you provided you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost & the replacement (if still available). Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is scheduled to be delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and will not be replaced at my expense once it has been marked delivered by shipping provider. If you are having trouble locating your package you can contact your local post office for assistance.
