Introducing Willow?
Willow is made using my own original design/pattern.
Made from a handwoven wrap by Farideh, “Spring Botanical”, professionally dyed bamboo stretch velour on her back, other quality cotton fabrics are used for the face and linings. Quality cotton threads for sewing throughout, cotton batting in the freehand drawn, heat treated face. Ears, arms and legs are lined but not stuffed. Double sewn seams for a durable Keepsake. Stuffed with polyfil.
Willow measures 16.75 inches tall including ears and legs.
Stuffed portion of her body is 8.25 inches tall.
Farideh Spring Botanical is a handwoven piece, 85% silk, 15% sea cell.
Spot clean only, air dry.
Shipping is Ground Advantage through USPS and includes insurance.

How it’s Made
I’ve made my own patterns for sewing my creatures for years now. I choose from my different colors and textures to find the perfect fabrics for each one. Cutting different parts from just the right section to include the bits and colors I want to show. Pinning for perfect placement is my habit. Double sewing the seams for a durable keepsake no matter the age it’s intended for. Stuffing firmly, then the final stitches to finish, always brings a smile to my face.
