Cotton shirt has elastic at the neck and arms and can be worn on, or off the shoulders. Underskirt is adjustable and ties with a ribbon around the waist. Overskirt is adjustable and ties with a handkerchief hem and ties around the waist with a ribbon. Vest is a vest and NOT a corset as it is not boned. It is fully lined in stiff fabric and is very sturdy. I did place two bones right in the front to keep the lacing straight. Chest: 32.5 inches Waist: 26.5 inches **Costume is shown with a small petticoat underneath. I have not included one in this listing as they are easily found all over the internet much cheaper than I can sell them. Please let me know if there are any questions about fit as there are no returns.
