About this Product
This Wood Votive Candle Holder is made up of Walnut, Maple and Oak. Candle room decor never looked so nice with this unique candleholder. Lighted candles always give a sense of ambiance to an occasion. They create a soothing and relaxing place to just be.
The wood has been picked by hand and intermingled with each other to provide a unique look. The wood is then carefully sanded and treated with a stain to bring out the beauty and look we are wanting to present. A lacquer finish is then applied and techniques used to give this a glass like finish. Felt pads on the bottom of the candle holder provides peace of mind for placement in any decor you may have. Our items are branded with "P C" on the bottom so one knows they were specially crafted. >

Hello, thanks for taking a look at our shop. We are located up North in what is referred to as "God's Country". We are located in the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan in a small town called Iron Mountain. We are surrounded by beautiful woods and forest, and nestled between many inland lakes and recreational trails. We have beautiful waterfalls all over the Upper Peninsula and pristine granite bluffs that makes one take in a breath or two. We have an abundance of fish and wildlife and enjoy what nature has to offer.
We love designing our own creations and have almost as much fun with designing as we do with creating! We are a bit OCD which shows in our work so most definitely a benefit for a craftsmen that takes pride in ones work. We hope you see the quality and care we have in each and every one of our items. We want you to enjoy these for years to come and hand them down from generation to generation.

If your like us, we want what we want now not later, so the majority of our creations are ready to ship within 2 business days! We love that!
Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves in Customer Service as you are our lifeline and we realize things happen so we created a return and exchange policy.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs. Because we create custom creations our return and exchange policy is the best we think out there as most custom creations cannot be returned or exchanged. We don't think that is right and if it is because of something we didn't point out in the listing or it just wasn't right, we will do our absolute best to make it right!
We cannot be held liable for damaged items that occurred during shipping (we would love to be able to but as the shipper is not something we can control, we cannot). We package our items with the upmost care - probably more then most to ensure they get to you as safe as they can. We have NEVER had an incident to date with one of our items arriving damaged (knock on wood) - I have lots of that to knock on so I think you'll be okay! Though we will do our absolute best to expedite the process of filing a claim with the shipper, you will have to contact the service that delivered it immediately to make a claim with them if your item was damaged during shipping.
Lost or Stolen Items: We can help you in filing a police report by providing any information that may be needed in order to help!
If there is an issue with the actual item, please contact us immediately. If the item has to be returned, you will need to ship the item back to us, at your cost, within 14 days of your order. Once this item has been received in the condition it was shipped by us, we will refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping charges it cost us to ship this originally to you.
The exception to this policy would be international shipping. Due to the expense and custom requirements of shipping internationally, our custom made products cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Customs and import taxes
We have yet to have any issues with any of our international shipments but we need to have that nice little "policy" in place and went with the standard disclaimer. . . .
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We do ship internationally but shipping insurance WILL NOT cover the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigena, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela. Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Counties. For shipments to Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States counties (includes Amenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

You agree that the above mentioned will not be held responsible or liable for any consequential, direct or indirect or special loss, injury, or accidents caused by the slingshots, bands, ammo, or any other items that we produce, promote, and/or sell. We do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age but of course parents/legal guardians may purchase for you.
Slingshot Warranty Coverage
We do NOT cover broken slingshots due to user error or abuse. We hold ourselves to a high degree of craftsmanship and know our slingshots do not just break without cause. We must see in person a visible defect on the wood or construction before we will cover a broken slingshot. For a slingshot to just break for no reason will not be an acceptable cause. We will cover any defect or workmanship issue in the products we make. We request you pay for return shipping to us in order to visible inspect the slingshot. We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers our slingshot bodies only. We want you to enjoy our slingshots for years to come and strive on good customer support.
