Handmade wood wavy Textured US Flag. Flag is 34 inches long and 19 inches tall. Wall hangers included and attached. Stars are hand etched in individually. Distressed for an added rust look and appeal. Multiple coats of outdoor polyurethane added for protection. Each item will look slightly different than the next due to the distressing process.

I ship via UPS unless a PO Box is listed for delivery.
How long does each piece take to make?
Most items take a minimum of four days to make. Allowing proper drying time ensures you get the quality piece you are looking for when buying. With multiple orders being placed I make them in the order they are received. Estimated ship dates from purchase are typically 3-4 weeks from Ordering date.

Sizing details
Large flags - 34 inches by 19.5 inches
Medium flags - 23 inches by 13 inches
Small flags - 16 inches by 10 inches.
How long for shipping?
Once an item is complete Shipping times vary. I live in Illinois, so Midwest on average is 2-3 Days from the day I drop it off to be shipped. East coast is typically anywhere from 3-4 days and west coast is usually 5-7 Days. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

I do not print labels and send tracking number until item is boxed and ready to ship.
Care instructions
All items have multiple coats of polyurethane applied. They are weather resistant and will need coats of polyurethane added periodically to ensure the item lasts a long time if putting outside where rain or snow will get to item. Major hardware stores sell polyurethane in a spray can, each can should provide two coats front and back. I recommend at least once a year for application.
Order cancellation, refund, and returns.
I do not accept returns unless under special circumstances. This will be through discussion, I will not pay for any shipping costs for returns or replacements.
Refunds are case by case basis. If an item is lost by the shipping company or damaged, the buyer will need to make a claim with the shipping company (UPS or USPS). Make sure to take plenty of pictures of packaging and any damage that has occurred. Damage is extremely rare.
Cancellation request. I will not cancel an order beyond 3 days from ordered date. This is because I will have already purchased the materials to make the item. Please read shipping time frames before purchase. It is listed multiple times.
Reshipped items (Return to sender) are at cost of buyer.
Seller/buyer relations
If there is a problem with your order once arrived, please let me know right away. I will do my best to make it right. Waiting multiple days or longer after arrivals and I will not be able to provide much in terms of replacements or refunds (special case).
I hold the right to refuse any order. I will not cancel orders out of a whim. Reasons I will cancel an order:
-buyer wants to cancel order within the 3 day purchase window
-buyer wants to cancel order to get sale pricing
-If an individual is continually rude
-threatening a negative review to get an order faster
Shipping Information
I typically use UPS for shipping items unless a PO Box is listed for shipping address.
I am not liable for any lost packages, stolen, or damaged items while in shipping. If this occurs you will need to make a claim with the shipping company.
If UPS is used for shipping, please be aware I do not control if they drop the package off at a UPS access point or UPS store instead of delivering to your house. If the package says delivered but not at your address, that is most likely what happened.
I do not have control over shipping once item is shipped.
I cant change addresses once item is shipped.
If needing change of address once shipped, you will have to contact shipping company with tracking number and new address.
