About this Product
This flag is a statement piece for your home or office. This Flag is made in two pieces and then put together using a strong wood glue. The top layer is a 1/4 inch birch wood that the laser engraving cuts the stars and stripes out. The bottom layer is a 1/2 inch birch wood that is used for durability so that the flag is not fragile. The firefighter is carefully engraved and cut out to fit perfectly within the flag. We then carefully stain each part of the flag and put the pieces together. To finish off the flag we use a gloss finish to give it a perfect shine and protection. We attach a hook on the back (as seen in photos) for easy hanging.

We cover shipping costs for standard 1-5 day shipping. We use UPS. Once shipped you should receive it in 1-5 days. Each flag is wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box for safe shipping. If you receive the product and it is damaged please notify us immediately with pictures so that we can replace it.

Shop Policies
30 day refund policy. If there is an issue with your product such as damage caused by shipping, send us photos and we will replace the item. We do not allow refunds/replacements for custom engraved flags unless it is physically damaged. You will be sent a picture of the finished custom flag before it is shipped out to ensure it is exactly what you wanted. We wait up to 48 hours for a response before shipping it out. If you do not respond within that time then the product will be sent out as it was created and no refund or replacement will be granted. We also will not accepted returns or replacements on products that look to be damage on purpose.
