About this Product
The Endless Cube Lamp is hand-made from 100% pure Hardwood in Walnut, White Oak, or Maple. There is no veneer, no stained wood, and no particle board, I use the hardwood species you specify. Each lamp is made from the same board of hardwood; simple, and versatile for a wide variety of uses. Finished with hard wax oil to accentuate each wood species' natural color. The lighting is contained in the cube to accentuate the shape and provide accent lighting instead of task lighting. Check out my other Personalized Wooden Lamps!

About the Endless Cube Desk Lamp
This hardwood Endless Prism Lamp features a dimmable LED light source to help achieve the perfect accent lighting for any tabletop surface in your office, bedroom, or living room and comes in options of Walnut, White Oak or Maple Hardwood. The design lends to the appearance of one continuous piece of wood where the beginning and the end of the piece are one and the same. This lamp is 100% handmade from hardwood black walnut, White Oak, and Maple in my small garage shop. No Veneer, no softwood, and no plywood. The piece is finished with a natural hardwood oil that accentuates its natural beauty. The only thing not created by myself were the electronic components. At BuiltByBenjamin Woodworks I am a one-man shop and the process of designing and creating this piece was done by myself, I did everything in my shop besides cutting the tree down and manufacturing the electronic components! Meet the Maker
I 'started' as a toddler.
My late Grandfather Jerry Benjamin, would make his grandchildren presents out of wood almost every Christmas. There were 9 of us so my heart goes out to the man. A wooden rocking horse. A stool. A play Barnhouse. Coat hangers.
This was the seed in my head that told me If you wanted it, you could make it. I'm a Millenial/Gen Z woodworker. I grew up with a gameboy, N64 and saw technology sky rocket. I love(d) it. So I had 2 often times clashing tastes throughout my life. The warm comfortability/history of wood and the modern day styles I also grew to like and enjoy.
I am still early in this company of mine. but the theme that has fleshed itself out before me has been attempting to strike a balance between the beauty of the two.
I am going on 32 years old this year now with a family of my own. I sincerely thank anyone who has read this or purchased something from my small humble shop.
How it’s Made
Each cube is made from a single piece of rough Walnut, White Oak, or Maple Hardwoods. Rough means its come right off from the sawmill and hasn't been milled to look smooth like you see at the department stores. I then mill the lumber to a good finish and construct the cube cutting angles and joining the pieces together and running the LED's into the wood! I use a hardwax furniture finish to give it just above a matte finish. All in all this process takes around 6 hours in total.
