How it’s Made
These coasters are crafted from locally sourced birch plywood, ensuring high-quality, sustainable materials. We start with a full sheet of wood, cutting it down to fit our laser cutter. The laser then intricately carves out all the detailed components. Afterward, each coaster is lightly sanded and treated with a wax finish, helping to preserve the wood and keep the gears moving smoothly. This careful process results in a functional, durable, and beautiful product for your home or office.
