How it’s Made
This napkin is made of premium pine wood. Joints are glued and joined together with dowels.
Shop Policies
Handmade Notice:
All items in our shop, including both woodwork and crocheted pieces, are designed and crafted by us here in the U.S.A. Each item is individually made, so there may be slight variations in color, texture, grain, stitch pattern, or shape. These natural differences — including minor knots, marks, or other unique characteristics — are part of the handmade process and make each piece truly one-of-a-kind. No two items will ever be exactly the same.
Shipping:
We ship to addresses within the United States. Ready-to-ship items leave our studio in 1–2 business days after payment. Made-to-order items may take longer; see listing details. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and can arrange expedited shipping upon request before purchase. Once shipped, delivery time and condition are the responsibility of the carrier, though we’ll gladly help with claims if issues arise.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items in unused, original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at drurystudio@gmail.com before returning an item. Buyers cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds for the item price (excluding shipping) are issued once we receive and inspect the return. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, but if there’s an issue with your custom piece, contact us right away so we can work toward a solution.
Additional Policies & FAQs:
We welcome custom orders for both our woodwork and crocheted pieces. If you see an item you love but would prefer it in a different wood color, yarn color, size, or style, please contact us so we can discuss your ideas. We’ll provide a price quote and estimated timeframe before starting the work. Depending on your requirements, the cost may be higher or lower than the original item.
