Meet the Maker
After many years in education-related roles, I am now enjoying retirement by diving deeper into my lifelong passion for woodworking. What began as a hobby has grown into a creative outlet where I design and craft unique wood pieces, often using laser cutting and engraving to bring each project to life. My wife also contributes to the shop, sharing her love for knitting and sewing to create beautiful, handmade fabric items. Together, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted pieces that combine quality, creativity, and a touch of personality.
How it’s Made
Each piece that makes up the purse is cut to size on a laser machine. Slats are cut into portions of the wood to create unique flexibility allowing the opening flap to bend as needed in a smooth fashion. Some include designs that have been laser engraved into the wood Once all pieces are done, it is then crafted and glued together for the final product.
