Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-7 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Care of your jewelry and accessories?
- Clean with lightly moistened piece of soft fabric. Don't use solvents or
jewelry cleaners. You may use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol or a
baby wipe to clean smudges on the polymer clay.
- Clean Brass, Silver and gold plated items, with an anti-tarnish cloth.
- Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, makeup and hairspray.
- Store in a box and keep away from sharp objects, as they may scratch the
glossy finish.
- Polymer clay is a super light, slightly flexible yet durable material. Pieces are
delicate and should not be intentionally bent, pulled, or dropped.
What is polymer clay?
A modeling clay consisting of polymers, resins, coloring agents and fillers. After forming, it is baked in an oven to harden.
Polymer clay is a very lightweight form of plastic that can remain slightly flexible and bendy after curing.
Additional Shipping policy
- My default shipping method is USPS first class mail, and shipping upgrades
can be added on during checkout. Current processing time is about 1 business
days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days within the US
- When I ship an item, you will always receive an email to let you know the tracking number so that the package can be tracked on its way to you.
- I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I drop it off, or if a package is lost by USPS, and I will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. I will not refund or replace these items.
