Give your lips maximum protection safely from the sun. Made with organic ingredients and mixed at the max ratio of non-nano, uncoated and non-micro zinc oxide, these organic lip balms provide the maximum SPF possible to keep your lips healthy and protected and are gluten free.
Zinc Oxide is the Environmental Working Group's #1 choice for sun protection. It's stable in sunlight and provides greater protection from UVA rays than titanium dioxide or any other sunscreen chemical approved in the U.S. It provides strong sun protection with few concerns; it's a powdered mineral that doesn't break down in the sun, sitting on top of the skin, scattering, reflecting and absorbing UVA and UVB rays. It's coral-reef safe, ocean safe and safe for aquatic life.
We currently offer a tinted and non-tinted lip balm. The non-tinted lip balm is white and will make your lips white. It's very pretty layered with the tinted lip balm! The tinted lip balm will add a natural blushed color to your lips.
As always, all of our products are handmade in small batches. This ensures the zinc is properly mixed equally through the product.
Please Note: Zinc can be drying to lips and it's recommended to apply a moisturizing lip balm before applying the Zinc Lip Balm.
