The ORIGINAL Genuine "Amazing Leather Sewing Thimble"- CUSTOM Handmade in USA- Your Satisfaction Guaranteed! Custom made finger protection for all your crafting, sewing, needle art needs. Great for artists, framers, woodworkers, glass artists, etc... Many colors, textures, leather weights and styles to choose from:
Lightweight Leather- 2–3 -ounce weight- 8- 1.2 mm thickness. Thinnest, softest leather good for lighter crafting/sewing needs. Excellent finger protection but flexible enough for ease of use. (Beading, felting, crochet, knitting, paper crafting, etc...)
Medium Weight Leather- 3- 4 ounce weight- 1.2- 1.6 mm. thickness. Thicker, still flexible yet more durable. Better finger protection for moderate crafting/sewing needs. (Hand sewing, needle art, cross stitch, lighter stained glass or mosaic work, etc...)
Heavyweight Leather- 4- 6 ounce weight- 1.6- 2.5 mm. thickness Stiffer, most durable leather. Not as flexible but BEST finger protection for heavier duty crafting/sewing needs. (Couching/sewing through heavier materials, stained glass, woodworking, glass fusing, etc...)
Here are the directions for determining sizing: (see photo)
Measure the circumference of your finger ABOVE the middle knuckle for sizing. Take a piece of string/yarn and wrap it (not too tightly) AROUND your finger just BELOW your top knuckle to find the circumference and measure the string. It should be between 1 1/2" and 3 1/8" inches long.
1 1/2"- 1 5/8" XXS
1 3/4"- 1 7/8" XS
2"- 2 1/8" SMALL
2 1/4"- 2 3/8" MED
2 1/2" - 2 5/8" LARGE
2 3/4"- 2 7/8" XL
3"- 3 1/8" XXL
Thimble should be snug at first because it will stretch to mold to your finger size.

Soft, comfortable, protective leather thimble conforms to the shape of your finger for easier sewing! You HAVE to try this if you have a medical condition which causes circulation problems or sensitive fingertips. Also, perfect if you frequently sew, are a quilter, professional framer (for sewing down projects such as needlework, jerseys, shirts, etc...) Medium weight leather is hand cut and sewn with heavy duty thread. No bulky protruding side seams to hinder your fingers! Available in XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL sizes. Other sizes upon request. Thumb sizes as well. (Measure the circumference of your finger just below the top knuckle for sizing.) Thimble should be snug at first because it will stretch to mold to your finger size.

Meet the Maker
I have been a custom picture framer for 38 years and an artist FOREVER! I started making my own "Amazing Leather Sewing Thimbles" over 20 years ago when I came across another leather thimble while “sew mounting” a hockey jersey at work. I decided I could make a more comfortable, durable thimble. I believe I have achieved that goal. Over the years I have sold thousands of thimbles across the country and worldwide to many satisfied returning customers. Each thimble is handmade by me, to your specifications, carefully hand sewn ironically using my own leather thimble. I guarantee you will fall in love with these and even forget that you are wearing them!
My custom house, people and pet portraits are HAND DRAWN in pencil and micron pen on Crescent Art Boards and colored with Alcohol markers and Prismacolor colored pencils. Truly a special gift for someone in your life. Happy shopping, Nancy
How it’s Made
These Amazing Leather Sewing Thimbles are made with quality premium leather and heavy-duty polyester upholstery thread. Each thimble is carefully hand cut and hand sewn by me according to your specifications and packaged individually.
What makes my thimbles unique from other thimble crafters is that I will custom make your thimble to any length you desire as well as accommodate for long nails, or very thin or thick fingers!

Shop Policies
EXCHANGES ARE ENCOURAGED AND RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR THIMBLE within 7 days of receipt. All I ask is that you return the thimble in excellent condition (not used or damaged) I can create a return shipment label to go with your replacement thimble(s) and you can ship the wrong thimbles back to me in the same envelope.
