The pen end is embellished with leather-like stitching and is inspired by an arrow quiver that holds extra arrows, which sticks out of the backend. The pen clip represents the shape and curvature of a classic recurve bow. The center band features arrowheads displayed around the pen body. And the pen tip is inspired by the tip of an arrow. The wood has been sealed and then finished with an oil finish so you can feel the warmth and texture of the wood.

Meet the Maker

Hello, welcome to my shop. My name is Michael and I am from Lubbock, Texas. I am a father to 3 amazing boys and a husband to a beautiful wife. I am a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and have deep roots in both Texas and New Mexico. There is no other place I would rather live than the Llano Estacado region of the United States.

In search of a hobby, I dabbled in woodworking in 2012 as an escape from my day to day full time job. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. Now I just try and find time to do it between all the activities associated with family life. Woodworking gives me a creative outlet that allows me to focus on art and functional pieces.

I source materials from all over the world and use mediums such as wood, resins, and plastics. On occasion, I get to mix these mediums together in a piece.

I welcome special orders and I am always open to working with you in order to come up with that special "something."
