Art's Art is a small home run laser engraving business. Since my designs are made to order, this may add a couple of extra days to receive your order.My designs are made out of various woods and here are some examples of what I use-- Basswood, Curly maple, Cherry, Bubinga, Aspen and species of other woods. Anything made out of wood is sanded and then coated in walnut oil and then sealed with a spray sealer or outdoor sealer that will last for a number of years and can be re-applied by the buyer as needed.Because of the wattage of lazer I use, the size of the wood used will be from 2mm to as much as 5mm for softer woods and 2mm to 3mm for hard woods.I also engrave ceramic tiles/ mdf board/ artistic canvas and acrylic and other types of wood for images only.For a nominal fee depending on the size of the project (only on wood), I will paint the design charging $5.00 to $10.00.
