HOW TO ORDER:
1. Choose a STYLE. Would you like to have the STD 3" glass holder or the MAX 3.5". If you're not sure, choose the MAX 3.5".
2. Then PERSONALIZE your coaster order. This is the most important part. If you know exactly what you would like, enter that information here. For example, if you have a favorite team or favorite drink, it could look something like this..."4x TEAM NAME HERE" or "1x BRAND A, 1x Brand B, 2x Brand C". The same would go for military logos..."1x Air Force logo, 2x American Flag, 1x Warthog". You're probably getting our drift by now. If you are concerned about what we might choose then add "MESSAGE PROOFS PLEASE FOR APPROVAL" and we can make sure you receive exactly what you want.
UPLOAD A FILE if you have specific artwork you would us to laser into your handmade barrel coaster.
In cases where you are interested in a quote of some sort, simply write the quote into the personalization section, "I Love You to the Moon and Back" or "Whisky Makes Me Frisky". Unless you suggest otherwise, we will use what we call our favorite "WHISKEY FONT" because, well, it looks cool in a barrel coaster!

Meet the Maker
My name is Karen and along with the love of my life Tom, we are Whiskey, Wine and Design. It all began on a romantic weekend and a vineyard visit. Bought the barrel. Made a barrel bar. Family wanted them. Friends wanted them. And here we are 5 years later with our corporate jobs in the rearview mirror and barrel decor our daily passion!
Our workshop is in Georgia. Our barrel source is a blend of bourbon barrels from Kentucky and whiskey barrels from Tennessee. We travel to many craft shows around the SE USA so please come visit us in person. But in lieu of that, enjoy reviewing our selection of handmade barrel decor items for your home! How it’s Made
Karen and I have been repurposing used whiskey and bourbon barrels for many years. Recently, we have inked a relationship with Jack Daniels for our used barrels. Jack Daniels barrels are once used barrels that have previously distilled their whiskey spirits for a number of years. Then, they arrive in our workshop where we begin our creations of eloquent home decor products made from JD barrels.
Our unique barrel made coasters are definitely a labor of love from the both of us. They may look simple, which we hope, but they are anything but. We begin with a single barrel stave from a JD barrel that we have disassembled. We start by charring the underside of that barrel stave because you definitely do not want char all over your furniture. Then we cut several coasters out of each stave. The next part is critically important to our business mindset of delivering the absolute best barrel made product in the country. We put on our masks and sand every surface of every coaster to assure that every point is rounded and each side is smooth. Comparatively, our competitors largely skimp on good sanding skills. At this point, we customize whatever lasering you want into your coaster. And finally, we protect it from moisture so your coaster will look incredible for a very long time.
