About this Product
I've always called this Italian Florentine paper design "Bird of Paradise and Moths". This exquisite paper has been collaged and layered onto a printed gold mulberry paper which was then collaged onto the glissening Blue covers of this Itty bitty book ornament. Blank pages fill each book which measures 2" x 2 ½" and has 32 pages of archival German made Ingres fine writing and drawing paper from Hannemuhle Mills. It is a Natural White with a subtle laid texture. I have hand torn the edges of each page to give the feeling of a book handmade from scratch, which of course it is. I hope you'll enjoy filling it with your creations.
Inside the cover is the same metallic Blue Millenium paper, as well as a small sheet of the Birds and Moths paper which wraps the Hannemule archival paper text block. The book is then hand sewn using a metallic Gold embroidery thread which becomes the loop to hang it with, or a bookmark. Your mini book will be completely blank inside. This listing is for one book.
Perfect for penning a love saga, New Year's resolutions or The Night Before Christmas! Play hangman with your companions as you travel about to winter events and hang it on the tree in the Lodge by the fire... the possibilities are endless. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Orders can be cancelled if the items have not yet shipped.
I can generally ship within one business day on items in stock. I cannot take responsibility for postal delays. Custom orders will have their own time frame for production which will be agreed to prior to purchase as well as any deposits on the order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
