About this Product
Wow! These brilliant disc-shaped earrings were made by traditional Venetian crafters using classic Murano lampwork and space-age dichroic glass. Chips of dichroic glass are encased in authentic transparent Moretti glass, allowing for shimmers of greens, purples, aquas, and silvers against a black background. I've hand-wrapped these striking disks and hung them on my own hand-forged Argentium (tarnish resistant) sterling silver ear wires.
Eye-catching - a unique gift!
NOTE: The dichroics are difficult to photograph because any change of light affects the color. We have included a number of different pictures of the same earrings moving in the light to show the changes you can see.

Meet the Maker
After spending my days working with computer programs, I love to spend time working materials with my hands in my studio in upstate New York. I've been hand-crafting jewelry for about 15 years, working primarily with gemstones, pearls, and precious metals. I enjoy the mechanics of putting beautiful components together - and sometimes being surprised with the results.
Most of my creations are one-of-a-kind - I'm happiest making new designs and hope you're happy knowing you have a unique piece of jewelry!
