This listing is for digitizing an image to use with your embroidery services. We convert your images and artwork into high quality digitized embroidery files. We accept all image file formats like jpg, pdf, bmp, psd, etc.
You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. This listing is for the machine file only - not a finished item. Digitized image can be provided in the following formats: DST EXP HUS JEF+ JEF PES PCS SEW VIP VP3 XXX
Embroidery design will be test stitched on quilters cotton using lightweight tear away stabilizer.
Important - PLEASE READ!
The quality of the result depends on a variety of factors from the fabric and the clamping in the hoop to the quality of the thread and the machine settings. Before you embroider your final product please test your design on a piece of fabric. Embroidery is not suitable for all kinds of fabric. These designs are NOT to be altered, edited or converted in any way. There is no guarantee the quality of the designs if there is any editing, resizing or altering. These are digital machine embroidery designs. Due to digital nature of this item I CANNOT ACCEPT REFUNDS. Please remember to unzip the downloaded zip file using a ZIP program.

We try our best to get orders out early but please make sure you note ship times. The closer to a holiday the busier we are and the less likely to be able to get it out early.
Chocolate Shipping: Very very important!!!!
Chocolate orders are made on demand. Orders are typically made and shipped within 1 week. To prevent perishable food items from sitting in the shipping system over the weekend if your shipping window falls over a weekend your order will ship out the following Monday.
We do not offer refunds or replacements on chocolate confections . We pack our chocolate confections as securely as possible. We offer two add-ons that you can purchase. We cannot guarantee that your items will not melt if the temperatures exceed 80 degrees. We offer two add-ons for our chocolate items: cold packs and insulated packs.
ADD ON COLD PACKS: Use this add-on option if the weather is warm. They work well when temps are in the 80's. Items are packed in a secure box with a cold pack. Cold packs will remain cool for 24 to 48 hours in moderate heat.
ADD ON INSULATED PACK: Use this add-on option if the weather will be above 90 degrees. Your order will ship inside an insulated foam shipping box with one or two large ice packs.
When needed we use packing materials to fill empty spaces to minimize shifting. We make sure the boxes are labeled as "Fragile" and "Do Not Crush".

Once downloaded we do not offer refunds on digital sales. If you are having problems using your file please contact us. We don't mind helping you out! Some machines require more space around a design (for example we design for a 4x4 hoop and usually leave a 1/4" allowance around the design. Your machine might need a larger allowance) and we will work with you so that you can use your file.
