Hi! I'm Leslie the one of the owners of Simply Kraftsy. We are a small family owned company that focuses on creating handmade items, digital designs, and chocolate confections! Thanks for shopping handmade and supporting small business owners.
How it’s Made
Our cocoa is hand blended to create a variety of flavors. We start out with a rich base of cocoa, milk powder, and raw cane sugar. Added to that is a unique blend of ingredients to create yummy flavors like dark candy cane, salted caramel, chili dark chocolate, chocolate orange, and cinnamon vanilla.

We try our best to get orders out early but please make sure you note ship times. The closer to a holiday the busier we are and the less likely to be able to get it out early.
Chocolate Shipping: Very very important!!!!
Chocolate orders are made on demand. Orders are typically made and shipped within 1 week. To prevent perishable food items from sitting in the shipping system over the weekend if your shipping window falls over a weekend your order will ship out the following Monday.
We do not offer refunds or replacements on chocolate confections . We pack our chocolate confections as securely as possible. We offer two add-ons that you can purchase. We cannot guarantee that your items will not melt if the temperatures exceed 80 degrees. We offer two add-ons for our chocolate items: cold packs and insulated packs.
ADD ON COLD PACKS: Use this add-on option if the weather is warm. They work well when temps are in the 80's. Items are packed in a secure box with a cold pack. Cold packs will remain cool for 24 to 48 hours in moderate heat.
ADD ON INSULATED PACK: Use this add-on option if the weather will be above 90 degrees. Your order will ship inside an insulated foam shipping box with one or two large ice packs.
When needed we use packing materials to fill empty spaces to minimize shifting. We make sure the boxes are labeled as "Fragile" and "Do Not Crush".

DIGITAL SALES
Once downloaded we do not offer refunds on digital sales. If you are having problems using your file please contact us. We don't mind helping you out! Some machines require more space around a design (for example we design for a 4x4 hoop and usually leave a 1/4" allowance around the design. Your machine might need a larger allowance) and we will work with you so that you can use your file.
