Introducing our gentle and adjustable Elbow, Forearm, and Bicep Heat Pad, a must-have for anyone going through surgery recovery or dealing with a chronic condition. The heat pad can be adjusted to isolate the area with the velcro closures and by moving up the heat pad up or down.
As with most of my flaxseed heat bags, when opened, this elbow-arm heat pad is great for the back, hip, tummy or other areas of the body that is in need of TLC.
Materials and Care Instructions:
Crafted using high-quality fabric and food grade flaxseed, this heat pad is both durable and natural.
The heat pad is made of soft flannel with microwaveable cotton batting sandwiched between the outer fabric and inner liner for added softness and comfort. Vertical channels allow for an even distribution of heat or cooling which maximizes the warm or cooling sensation.
To use warm, simply heat the pad in the microwave for 2-3 minutes for a warm and comforting experience. CAUTION-all microwaves heat at different levels therefore TEST, TEST, TEST before using it for the first time. Instructions are included with each item.
For as needed gentle cool therapy keep the flaxseed bag stored in the freezer in a zip lock bag (included with your purchase). Chilling it in the freezer will provide a gentle cool sensation, not the harsh, hard cold of commercial packs.
Avoid submerging or bringing the flaxseed pad in direct contact with water, spot clean with a damp cloth when needed.

Filled with approximately 48 ounces of food grade flaxseed, this Elbow, Forearm, and Bicep Heat Pad measures, 22 inches around the arm and 13 inches in length providing ample coverage and ensuring that your targeted area receives the relief it deserves. Move the wrap up or down as needed.
The adjustable wide, velcro straps allow for a customized fit, guaranteeing maximum effectiveness and ensuring your comfort during use.

Hello and Welcome to my world!
I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to school. For extra income I sewed at home doing alternations and handcrafts. Once my kids were in school, I went to work in the outside world that expanded to 35+ years.
I never lost my love and passion for creating. When I retired from the outside workforce I decided it was time that I go back to doing what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine. In 2018, truME Collection was born focusing on self-care comfort items. Here you'll find a collection of flaxseed bags that will promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with your pain management needs. Each item is individually handmade to order with quality materials.
In 2023 I introduced Dani's Pawtique where you'll find quality, cute, functional gifts for the fur-baby in your life. Now, you can find these cute items here in the trumME GoImagine Gift Shop.
Every item you find in my both my shops are handmade by me with the occasional help from one of my grandkids. Each item receives my heart and full attention to detail, no mass production here!!

How it’s Made
All truME Therapeutic Flaxseed Heat and Cold Bags are made using quality fabric and materials. My therapeutic bags are only filled with all-natural food grade flaxseed, no other fillers are used. When selecting a scented variation, the flaxseed is blended with organic lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint with a trace of pure essential oils.
All items are stitched using both overlock and single needle machines for lasting durability in my eco-friendly, home workshop.
