This set of 2 microwaveable warm or gentle cool packs are ideal for both kids and adults. Filled with all natural flaxseed, these mini bags are perfect to use for tired eyes, ear aches, toothaches, sunburn relief and more. They are a generous 5" with approximately 5 ounces of flaxseed in each.
Available unscented, lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint. When selecting a scented option the natural flaxseed is blended with organic botanicals with a trace of pure essential oil. As a Ouch Pouch bag your little one's boo boos' both real and imaginary will immediately feel better. These soft, cold-heat packs are the perfect size for small hands and small areas of the body. You'll find lots of uses for these mini bags. These make great stocking stuffers, party favors for kids of all ages that will be used and appreciated by all.
Store in the freezer in a zip lock bag (included with your purchase) and your mini bags will be always be ready when a gentle cool pack is needed. Unlike hard commercial cold packs or frozen vegetables, you'll find these to be comforting with the soft flannel fabric.
Need warm therapy, take it out of the freezer and microwave in 15-30 seconds until desired warmth is achieved. DO NOT OVERHEAT....................flaxseed heats quickly. Overheating can cause the flaxseed and the material to burn as well as may cause injury. Instructions for care and use is included with each purchase.

Hello and Welcome to my world!
I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to school. To supplement our income during that time, I sewed at home doing alternations and handcrafts. Once all 3 of my kids were in school, I went to work in the outside world for 35+ years and had a successful career.
Now fast forward. I never lost my love and passion for creating, when I retired from the outside workforce I decided it was time that I go back to doing what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine.
In 2018, I opened truME Collection focused on self-care. Here you'll find an assortment of items that will help promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with you pain management needs. Each item is individually made with quality materials.

Every item you find in my both my shops are handmade by me with the occasional help from one of my grandkids. Each item receives my heart and full attention to detail, no mass production here!!

How it’s Made
All truME Therapeutic Flaxseed Heat and Cold Bags and other gift items are made using quality fabric and materials. My therapeutic bags are only filled with all-natural food grade flaxseed, no other fillers are used. When selecting a scented variation, the flaxseed is blended with organic lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint with a trace of pure essential oils.
All items are stitched using both overlock and single needle machines for lasting durability in my eco-friendly, home workshop.
