The boot is designed for duality of use as a warm or gentle cool pack. Store in the freezer for an as needed gentle cool therapeutic action. Need to warm up cold feet? Remove the boot from the zip lock bag (included with your purchase) and pop in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
The boot is filled with natural flaxseeds known for their excellent heat retention and therapeutic properties, perfect for easing chronic pain or provide comfort to tired feet. Not just for warmth, this can also be chilled for use as a gentle cool pack - providing soothing relief after a tiring day or rigorous activity. Crafted with care in the USA, every item is made to order and given my full attention.

Full Description
-The open toe boot is made of 100% cotton flannel fabric for a soft, warm, soothing feel. The outside is the print option of your choice, the inside is a coordinating solid color; ????Sandwiched between the outside fabric is a microwaveable cotton batting that provides extra softness and helps extend the warmth of the flaxseed;
-Filled with 100% unscented natural flaxseed, NO other fillers are used in any of truME's FlaxBags. Each boot weighs approximately 25 ounces;
-The item is created with separate vertical chambers that provides for an even distribution of heat around the ankle area as well as "sole" of the boot. These separated areas not only provides an even distribution of warm or cooling action it extends the overall warming or cooling experience;
-Fits most adults, the boot will easily slip on and off and can be tightened or loosened with the adjustable 1.5 inch wide velcro closure;
-Store in the freezer in a zip lock bag (included with your purchase) for as needed, gentle cool action. The cool action will help overheated feet. Need warmth, take it out of the zip lock bag and pop in the microwave.
TEST, TEST, TEST your heating times for maximum comfort and to avoid possible injury and burning of the flaxseed. Test in 30 second intervals with a maximum heat time of 2 minutes. The warm and moist action will last approximately 30 minutes.

Hello and Welcome to my world!
I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to school. For extra income I sewed at home doing alternations and handcrafts. Once my kids were in school, I went to work in the outside world that expanded to 35+ years.
I never lost my love and passion for creating. When I retired from the outside workforce I decided it was time that I go back to doing what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine. In 2018, truME Collection was born focusing on self-care comfort items. Here you'll find a collection of flaxseed bags that will promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with your pain management needs. Each item is individually handmade to order with quality materials.
In 2023 I introduced Dani's Pawtique where you'll find quality, cute, functional gifts for the fur-baby in your life. Now, you can find these cute items here in the trumME GoImagine Gift Shop.
Every item you find in my both my shops are handmade by me with the occasional help from one of my grandkids. Each item receives my heart and full attention to detail, no mass production here!!

How it’s Made
All my flaxseed bags are made of soft cotton flannel. Sandwiched between the fabric is microwaveable cotton batting. The velcro adjustable straps provide for a more custom fit. Using the batting provides a softer, comfortable feel as well as extends the warm therapeutic experience.
