Worsted Medium Weight (4) 1700 Yards (I used approximately 3.5 Shawl In A Ball {Lion Brand} - Graceful Green) About 1/2 skein more for Fringe

How it’s Made
I begin by sketching my design concept, in this instance, an inspirational prayer shawl featuring scripture.
Next, I transfer my sketch onto an Excel grid chart, adhering to filet crochet guidelines, to create a design chart.
I then construct a chart with crochet stitch symbols for each row.
Following that, I write out the pattern.
Additionally, I compile a digital PDF pattern, incorporating instructions, charts, border recommendations with straightforward diagrams, and blocking instructions for the final product if necessary.
After selecting the appropriate yarn, I crochet the design.
To ensure accuracy, I enlist individuals proficient in the Filet Crochet Technique to test my pattern. Once confirmed, I publish my pattern here and elsewhere, and actively discuss it in social media groups.
