Add some color to your home with this handmade patchwork quilt (lap or throw size at 42" x 54.5") made with summery garden shades of greens, peach, yellow, pink, and orange. It is machine quilted, finished, and ready to ship to you in one business day.
This would make a beautiful lap or throw quilt for your home. A handmade quilt brings a sense of warmth and comfort to a room whether you use it to stay warm or to add a pop of color. It would make a fun baby or toddler quilt. This could also be used as a wheelchair lap quilt. This would look great over the back of a couch or at the foot of a bed.
Size: This finished floral quilt measures 42" x 54.5" as shown. It is machine stitched and quilted with a diagonal pattern. (See close-up photos.)
Fabrics: Many of the fabrics are from the Benartex charm pack called "Watercolor Garden" along with a few from my own stash mixed in. There are plenty of flowers and butterflies in the prints. The border is a green batik. The backing fabric is a pink, green, and soft yellow batik. The contrasting binding is a pink batik. The fabric is all 100% cotton, new and unwashed.
Made in a smoke-free pet friendly home. All of my quilt tops are stored in sealed containers.
Machine washable and dryable, low heat.
Colors: I have done my best to show the colors as accurately as possible, but due to different monitors the colors may appear slightly darker than they actually are. If you are in doubt, please read the written description for clarification. You can also contact me and ask a specific question.

There is no such thing as too much fabric!
I started sewing when I was about 7 or 8. With guidance from my mom I started with doll clothes, worked my way up to clothing for myself, and then on to quilts. My mom and I used to do craft shows in the 1980's and 90's.
One of my more notable and very cool accomplishments is having made wall quilts for Walt Disney World back in 2000 and 2001.
After my son was born I took about a 15 year hiatus from quilting but now am back in my sewing room and loving it!
These days I love working with bold batik fabrics. The bright fun colors make me happy and I hope they make you happy too!

Shipping Time
I usually ship orders out within one business day. I ship Monday -Saturday.
Lighter weight items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Heavier items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Custom and personalized orders
Occasionally I do accept custom quilt orders. Terms are as follows: 50% deposit required prior to any work started.
Approximate completion times will be discussed via GoImagine messaging and vary per project. The remaining balance due will need to be paid prior to shipment.
There are no refunds or cancellations offered on any custom orders once work has started on the project. Progress updates will be sent as necessary.
