About this Product
This beautiful handmade batik quilt top is the perfect project for any DIY quilting enthusiast! Measuring 33" x 46", it's the ideal size for snuggling up under and admiring your handiwork. The multi-colored fabric is bold and eye-catching, ensuring that this quilt will be the centerpiece of any room. And, because it's unfinished, you have the opportunity to add your own personal touch and create a truly one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
You will receive the pieced quilt top as shown, already stitched together. You will need to provide your own backing, batting, quilting, and binding. You could also add borders to make this unfinished quilt top larger.
Size: This unfinished quilt top measures 33" x 46" as shown. It is machine stitched. The seams are nicely pressed and the edges have been trimmed and squared.
Fabric: All fabrics are modern, new, unwashed, quilt shop quality 100% cotton. The fabrics are from the Robert Kaufman charm pack called "Interstellar" along with a few from my own stash mixed in. The colors are fun blues, greens, purples, oranges, and yellows.
This would make a beautiful wall quilt, lap, or throw quilt for your home. A handmade quilt brings a sense of warmth and comfort to a room whether you use it to stay warm or to add a pop of color. This could also be used as a wheelchair lap quilt, crib quilt, or baby quilt. This would look great over the back of a couch or at the foot of a bed.
Made in a smoke-free pet friendly home. All of my quilt tops are stored in sealed containers.

Meet the Maker
There is no such thing as too much fabric!
I started sewing when I was about 7 or 8. With guidance from my mom I started with doll clothes, worked my way up to clothing for myself, and then on to quilts. My mom and I used to do craft shows in the 1980's and 90's.
One of my more notable and very cool accomplishments is having made wall quilts for Walt Disney World back in 2000 and 2001.
After my son was born I took about a 15 year hiatus from quilting but now am back in my sewing room and loving it!
These days I love working with bold batik fabrics. The bright fun colors make me happy and I hope they make you happy too!

Shipping Time
I usually ship orders out within one business day. I ship Monday -Saturday.
Lighter weight items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Heavier items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Custom and personalized orders
Occasionally I do accept custom quilt orders. Terms are as follows: 50% deposit required prior to any work started.
Approximate completion times will be discussed via GoImagine messaging and vary per project. The remaining balance due will need to be paid prior to shipment.
There are no refunds or cancellations offered on any custom orders once work has started on the project. Progress updates will be sent as necessary.
