Do Handmade Home & Living Items make a Good Gift?

Handmade home and living items make an excellent and thoughtful gift for family, friends and loved ones. Handcrafted from artisan makers, these hand-made goods offer a unique personal touch that cannot be replicated by anything else. Furthermore, handcrafted items often tell a story or express feelings of fondness, appreciation or tradition - something store bought gifts often can't do as effectively. All in all, handmade home and living gifts are the perfect way to show someone how special they are!

What’s the difference between Handmade and Mass-Produced Home & Living products?

Home and living items can come in many different forms and styles, so it’s important to understand the difference between handmade versus mass-produced products. Handcrafted goods are made with care by artisans who use traditional techniques to create unique and special pieces. These handcrafted items often take more time to make than mass-produced pieces, but offer more character and quality. Mass-produced goods, on the other hand, are created in a much quicker way due to their reliance on automated processes. However, they are often cheaper than handcrafted items and provide an easy accessibility for those looking for stylish yet affordable home decor. So while handcrafted goods guarantee distinctiveness and quality craftsmanship, mass-produced items allow style without breaking the bank.

What is the History of Home & Living products?

Home & Living products have come a long way since humans first handcrafted furniture and interior decorations. Artisan decorators of the past used natural materials, laborious handcrafting methods, and passion for unique designs to construct truly remarkable pieces of decoration that stand intact centuries later. We celebrate the history and care put into handcrafted designs by continuing to handmake our Home & Living products today. Our team takes great pride in producing beautiful items that pay homage to the artisans who have come before them while also introducing their own unique spin on modern home design.
