We make everything that you order from us personally and we are happy to customize this product and others exactly how you wish. PLEASE read the entire text as there are some selling points unique to our barrel lids that are important to consider discussed below.
Our unique authentic bourbon barrel lid wall mounted liquor dispenser has several very important features...
1. Rocks Glass Shelf - is made out of a bourbon barrel stave mounted to the lid to hold two rocks glasses that are INCLUDED.
2. Our Barrel Lids are KILN DRIED - and that's very important. Each barrel lid has been saturated with whiskey for years creating a ton of moisture in the barrel lid. As they dry out, they shrink. If the moisture is not gone when you receive it, over time you will see the lids "gap" between the oak staves which become unsightly. We reduce the moisture in our lids to the maximum amount so that the integrity of our lids remain beautiful for years to come.
3. We include KEY HOLES on the back of the lid for the best possible hanging outcome possible. By utilizing key holes instead of D-Rings or some other method that allows the lid to "droop" some, you are assured that our wall mounted barrel lid liquor dispenser will sit flat against the wall for maximum strength to properly support your bottles of liquor while dispensing. We think that is very important and just darn smart!
4. The most popular versions include our "BOURBON BAR LOGO" that is PERSONALIZED with your name on it. In the PERSONALIZATION box, simply add the name you would like added to the top of the Bourbon Bar Quote.
ORDERING DETAILS:
Choose STD DESIGN if you would like what you see in the pictures above. That includes two liquor dispensers on a bourbon barrel lid (liquor not included, sorry). It also includes the glass holder for two rocks glasses and the two rocks glasses are included. It also includes the "Bourbon Bar" text along with however you would like to customize it. In the personalization bar, simply type what you would like us to add in front of the "Bourbon Bar" text. And finally, it includes the two keyholes on back that are measured at 16" inches on ctr. The price of the STD DESIGN is $250 and it includes shipping to the lower 48 states.
Choose CUSTOM DESIGN if you would like to replace the "Bourbon Bar" text with something that you HAVE A FILE FOR or that we are likely to have a file for. For instance, if you would prefer to have a team logo lasered on top of the glass holders, add the name of the team in the personalization section. If we have any trouble lasering that image for you, we will reach out. Or, if you have a file with an image you would like lasered above the glass holder, like a business name or bourbon club name simply UPLOAD THE FILE when you order. The CUSTOM DESIGN otherwise features all of the same features as the STD DESIGN except for image to laser. The price of the CUSTOM DESIGN is $250 and it includes shipping to the lower 48 states.

My name is Karen and along with the love of my life Tom, we are Whiskey, Wine and Design. It all began on a romantic weekend and a vineyard visit. Bought the barrel. Made a barrel bar. Family wanted them. Friends wanted them. And here we are 5 years later with our corporate jobs in the rearview mirror and barrel decor our daily passion!
Our workshop is in Georgia. Our barrel source is a blend of bourbon barrels from Kentucky and whiskey barrels from Tennessee. We travel to many craft shows around the SE USA so please come visit us in person. But in lieu of that, enjoy reviewing our selection of handmade barrel decor items for your home! How it’s Made
Well, we'd really love to educate you a wee bit on our extreme attention to detail on our barrel lids for customers.
Working with barrels can be tricky, especially based on how soon after we receive the barrels or barrel lids from the distillery. The sooner we get them, the wetter they are from whiskey recently being drained from the barrel, right?
So, what happens when wet wood drys? It shrinks!
Many of our competitors do not take this into account and sell barrel lid products that are wet and shrink over time. What happens to a barrel lid that shrinks? It causes unseenly and undesireable gaps and splits in your purchase.
So how do we differ? We dry our barrel lids out in a KILN! By drying our barrel lid products out in a kiln, it eliminates the moisture that could later escape and cause a gap. We are very confident that we deliver the best barrel lid products in the barrel decor industry and you can, with great confidence, order this product knowing you will receive only the best from us.
