You have the option to personalize this bandana with your pet's name. I add their name using a custom high quality vinyl heat transfer. When placing your personalized order, please be sure to include your pet's name.

Small = 7" x 5" Can fit up to 1 1/4" collars Medium = 9.5" x 7" Can fit up to 1 3/4 " collars Large = 12.5" x 7.5" Can fit up to 2" collars
** Each item is handmade, there may be some slight variations in size, but I do my best to make each item to size.
How to determine fit:
Measure length of your pet’s collar. Pick a Bandana that goes ½ to ¾ of the way around your pet’s collar length. If pet has long or fluffy hair you may consider sizing up.

How it’s Made
Creating my dog bandanas is a labor of love, and it all starts with finding inspiration in my surroundings, upcoming trends, and the interests of dog lovers like you. Once I've gathered my creative spark, I use Procreate to design unique patterns that will truly make your furry friends stand out.
Next, it's time to turn those digital designs into reality. I upload them and order test prints to ensure that every detail is perfect. Once I'm satisfied with the results, I go ahead and order the high-quality fabric that will bring these patterns to life.
With fabric in hand, I carefully cut out each pattern, making sure to capture the essence of the design. Then, it's time to work my magic at the sewing machine, stitching together the bandanas with precision and care. The result is a collection of handcrafted dog bandanas that are as unique and stylish as your furry companions.

Custom Orders
- Contact us if you'd like to place a custom order.
- Custom orders are formally contracted through the message center to ensure order accuracy and process transparency.
- Any custom order not approved within 14 days of completion will be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for the time invested in the project.
Payment and Shipping
- Goimagine accepts major credit cards via Stripe or Paypal for secure payment processing.
- Your payment information is kept confidential and secure by Stripe and Paypal; we do not receive your credit card details.
- In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days once payment has cleared.
- Custom order processing times vary depending on the order and prior agreements with the buyer.
- We ship all packages via USPS (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (1-3 days), which includes a tracking number and standard insurance.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, additional insurance, or requested signatures.
- We document packages before shipping, request receipts, and provide tracking numbers for your convenience.
- We have no control over USPS scans, delays, or deliveries.
- If your package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for any issues and recommend contacting USPS or local law enforcement.
Refunds and Exchanges
- NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS on personalized items or custom orders, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you encounter any issues with your order.
- Please carefully review product details, including size, material, and care instructions, before purchasing.
- To qualify for a full or partial refund (at our discretion, minus shipping), return the item within 14 days of delivery in unused, undamaged, and original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Failure to return the item in its original condition may result in a loss of value.
- Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 day of purchase unless the item has already shipped, in which case cancellation is not possible.
