In addition to her artistic endeavors, Becca also crafts unique dog bandanas and stickers. These creations not only reflect her artistic talent but also her deep affection for her two furry companions, a basset-beagle and a maltese-shih tzu.

Custom Orders
- Contact us if you'd like to place a custom order.
- Custom orders are formally contracted through the message center to ensure order accuracy and process transparency.
- Any custom order not approved within 14 days of completion will be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for the time invested in the project.
Payment and Shipping
- Goimagine accepts major credit cards via Stripe or Paypal for secure payment processing.
- Your payment information is kept confidential and secure by Stripe and Paypal; we do not receive your credit card details.
- In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days once payment has cleared.
- Custom order processing times vary depending on the order and prior agreements with the buyer.
- We ship all packages via USPS (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (1-3 days), which includes a tracking number and standard insurance.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, additional insurance, or requested signatures.
- We document packages before shipping, request receipts, and provide tracking numbers for your convenience.
- We have no control over USPS scans, delays, or deliveries.
- If your package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for any issues and recommend contacting USPS or local law enforcement.
Refunds and Exchanges
- NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS on personalized items or custom orders, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you encounter any issues with your order.
- Please carefully review product details, including size, material, and care instructions, before purchasing.
- To qualify for a full or partial refund (at our discretion, minus shipping), return the item within 14 days of delivery in unused, undamaged, and original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Failure to return the item in its original condition may result in a loss of value.
- Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 day of purchase unless the item has already shipped, in which case cancellation is not possible.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation.
Photos/Designs and Copyright
- We reserve the right to use photos of our merchandise for design, promotional, product examples, and advertising/marketing purposes, whether the item has been sold or not.
