About this Product
Hanukkah 2024 is December 25th to January 2, 2025! Here is our Hanukkah Themed Chocolate. There are 5 different shapes, all wrapped in White, Gold and Dark Blue Foil. Our Milk Chocolate is Kosher and Gluten free. Our Dark Chocolate however is no considered gluten free or Kosher because of the Chocolate Liquor with Alkali and its production process. There is no wheat in our chocolate. Our dark chocolate is lactose free!
*If you live in climates over 65 degrees, your chocolate will melt without a cold pack. I can be found in our listings. We cannot be held responsible for melted products if you chose to not purchase any cold packs.
*With warm weather we will ship Monday - Wednesday unless you put in a special request for Thursday/Friday shipping (please message us or leave request in comment section). Our goal is to make sure that no chocolate is sitting in a hot warehouse waiting for delivery.
***Please be advised that our products are made in a facility where Milk, Dairy, Soy, Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts and Tree Nuts are used. We take every precaution to eliminate any contamination for those who have allergies but we cannot guarantee this 100%. If you have an allergy, please indulge with caution. Enjoy!!

Meet the Maker
My name is Darcee Alderman. I am a Chocolatier who currently lives in Vermont with my husband of 26 years, 2 kids (2 have since grown up and moved away), 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have a brick and mortar store attached to our home. I have always had a creative flair and used to make custom wedding cakes and other specialty cakes but after purchasing a convenience store, I just didn't have the time. We have since closed our convenience store and now I solely work with chocolate. Which was the best decision ever!! I never feel like i'm going to work because I absolutely love working with chocolate. In my spare time and the weather permits, my husband and I are avid motorcyclists. We own ADV bikes and last year rode from Vermont to Florida a back to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We have many more trips we look forward to making. Life is short, enjoy everything you can!!
How it’s Made
My chocolate is hand tempered in my shop by me and only me! When the chocolate is tempered, I pour each mold individually and shake as much air out as I can. The mold is then placed in a fridge for 10 minutes until it is set. Then each mold is flipped upside down so the chocolate is released. Each piece of molded chocolate is then hand wrapped and bagged in the appropriate packaging with the ingredient and front labels.

I unfortunately am legally not allowed to accept returns. However, if I mail you something that is not what you ordered, I will give you the option for a refund or to ship the correct item. Its rare but I am human and do occasionally make mistakes. Please be sure to read the descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. My items are all hand made by me so please allow me 3 to 5 days from the time you place your order to the time I ship. If you have any questions, at all, please don't hesitate to reach out.
