About this Product

Looking to add a touch of explosive style to your writing routine or a one of a kind gift for a friend, coworker, or veteran? Behold, the Grenade Pen – a perfect fusion of edgy design and  a functional writing instrument!

Inspired by the classic Pineapple hand grenade design, this pen will make a great gift for any military aficionado. The form derives from the 48-panel serrated cast-iron shell typical of this classic grenade. In contrast to the heavy iron-structure of the real grenade; the pen body is precisely CNC machined from solid Aluminum. This keeps your pen lightweight (2.2oz) and easy to use while maintaining the round bulky look and feel of its actual grenade inspiration. What looks like a pen clip at the top of the pen actually represents the Grenade safety lever and works to retract the refill rather than act as a working pen clip. That safety lever connects to the top of the pen, or Lug and Fuze, with an authentic looking safety pin and pull ring. To extend the refill just click the plunger like a typical click pen. This pushes out the safety lever clip. To retract, pull the safety lever and watch the pen top explode out of the Lug and Fuze pen end. Features a Parker style refill for smooth writing performance. This grenade pen was fitted with woodland jungle camo acrylic.

Surprise your friends, family, or coworkers with this explosive gift. Ideal for military enthusiasts, writers with a flair for the dramatic, or anyone who appreciates unique stationery.

Each grenade pen is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail, ensuring a one-of-a-kind piece that stands out from the ordinary. Your grenade pen will arrive in a stylish gift box, ready to be presented or enjoyed for personal use.

Pen is refillable and comes with your choice of a high quality Schmidt EasyFlow Parker style refill in your choice of black or blue.

Meet the Maker

Hello, welcome to my shop. My name is Michael and I am from Lubbock, Texas. I am a father to 3 amazing boys and a husband to a beautiful wife. I am a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and have deep roots in both Texas and New Mexico. There is no other place I would rather live than the Llano Estacado region of the United States.

In search of a hobby, I dabbled in woodworking in 2012 as an escape from my day to day full time job. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. Now I just try and find time to do it between all the activities associated with family life. Woodworking gives me a creative outlet that allows me to focus on art and functional pieces.

I source materials from all over the world and use mediums such as wood, resins, and plastics. On occasion, I get to mix these mediums together in a piece.

I welcome special orders and I am always open to working with you in order to come up with that special "something."
