I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I'll be happy to answer any inquiries prior to your purchase. The only surprise I want you to have is when you feel the item you purchased is even better in person! If an item arrives damaged or broken, please let me know within 5 days of receipt (due to shipping insurance requirements). I will work with you to replace the item.
