Ingredients: Organic Red Raspberry Leaf, Wildcrafted Yarrow, Organic Cramp Bark, Wildcrafted Red Clover, Organic Fennel, Cinnamon
12 Individually bagged non-bleached, chemical free & compostable tea bags
Suggested Use: Steep 1 tea bag in a cup of water, covered for 10-15 minutes. Feel free to re-steep as much as you like! Please remember to compost the tea bag!

Ashae has been practicing herbalism here in the Appalachian mountains since 2013. She finds her joy growing and harvesting medicinals in her garden and in the surrounding forests. You will often find her in the summer time with a harvesting basket in hand & in the kitchen crafting goodies!
