Holy Basil, aka Tulsi, has long been revered in India for its energetic properties of balancing Mind, Body & Soul. Lemongrass is an aromatic herb traditionally drank in Asia after meals to aid digestion.
Ingredients: Homegrown Tulsi, Organic Lemongrass 12 Individually bagged, non-bleached compostable tea bags.
Suggested Use: Steep 1 bag into 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, covered. Sip, and enjoy! Feel free to re-steep as many times as you'd like. Remember to compost the tea bag!

Ashae has been practicing herbalism here in the Appalachian mountains since 2013. She finds her joy growing and harvesting medicinals in her garden and in the surrounding forests. You will often find her in the summer time with a harvesting basket in hand & in the kitchen crafting goodies!
