Includes a convenient travel box to hold the handle and hooks.
How it's made:
This custom and handmade crochet hook set, like all my other items in my shop, was handcrafted by me in my woodshop. These are not mass produced hook handles and each one is handcrafted by myself so you are getting a craftsman's touch and love of their craft with each travel set. First, the deep purple acrylic blank is selected and drilled out in order to get it ready for the turning process. Second, it is turned down with my lathe to fit the crochet set components precisely. Finally, the custom turned handle is wet polished to a very high gloss which gives the crochet handle a lot of depth and really brings out the color. All of my items have already been produced by me so you know you will be getting the handle set pictured in the listing. This eliminates the guess work on how it will look like once made and my pencils are ready to ship without long waiting times.

Hello, welcome to my shop. My name is Michael and I am from Lubbock, Texas. I am a father to 3 amazing boys and a husband to a beautiful wife. I am a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and have deep roots in both Texas and New Mexico. There is no other place I would rather live than the Llano Estacado region of the United States.
In search of a hobby, I dabbled in woodworking in 2012 as an escape from my day to day full time job. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. Now I just try and find time to do it between all the activities associated with family life. Woodworking gives me a creative outlet that allows me to focus on art and functional pieces.
I source materials from all over the world and use mediums such as wood, resins, and plastics. On occasion, I get to mix these mediums together in a piece.
I welcome special orders and I am always open to working with you in order to come up with that special "something."
Shop Policies
- Processing Time: Most of my items have already been made so you know what you are getting once you purchase it. This also helps cut down processing time and I typically have the item in the mail to you in 1-2 business days.
- Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days from purchase with the return of the item to me. If an item is engraved or custom made returns are not accepted unless it is due to craftmanship.
