Hi! I’m Lisa, the hands and heart behind these handcrafted accessories. By day, I’m an operating room nurse in sunny Florida. Originally from Pennsylvania (go Phillies!), I’ve always had a love for precision, creativity, and craftsmanship.
What started as a hobby has grown into a small shop where I create accessories that are as unique as the people who carry them. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, carefully sewn, and made to last.

Where “wejustsay” Came From
The name wejustsay started as a family inside joke that turned into something meaningful. My husband and I have a habit of ending our thoughts with “I’m just sayin’”—especially when offering opinions that might ruffle a few feathers. Over the years, our adult kids picked it up, too. One day, my daughter’s husband, a little exasperated, asked her why our whole family was always saying, “I’m just saying this” and “I’m just saying that.” She laughed and told him, “Well... we just say!”
Not long after, she sent me a wooden sign that simply read we just say. At first, I didn’t understand—but once she shared the story, I loved it. Years later, as I was brainstorming names for my Etsy shop, I walked into my sewing room, saw the sign hanging there, and knew instantly that it was the perfect fit. It’s personal, a little quirky, and a sweet reminder of the people I love most.
How it’s Made
Each Key Keeper is carefully handcrafted, starting with hand-cut pieces of premium cork fabric. The pyramid shape is sewn together using a sewing machine for clean, durable seams. A small lanyard with a clasp is added inside, perfect for holding keys securely. The clasp and outer D-ring are both attached with sturdy metal rivets for added strength and style. The finished pouch is compact, functional, and sustainably made.
